I have been in Client Services for over 20 years, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in service organisations. My focus is on Service Delivery and Assurance and assisting clients to build resilient and effective Service Teams.

My approach is not conventional, and I assist clients to approach strategy from the outside, looking in.

  • Service Strategy – Include external  client insights, from clients, partners, suppliers and especially frontline staff so you can make the best service strategy choices
  • Planning – I work with leadership teams to develop practical, executable and measurable plans that target specific ways to deliver the service strategy
  • Execution – Engaging leadership team and service teams to ensure that the planned program is executed in such a way that it delivers long term and ultimately permanent results.
  • Coaching and Mentoring of team members to build strong and resilient service teams.
