I have been in Client Services for over 20 years, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in service organisations. My focus is on Service Delivery and Assurance and assisting clients to build resilient and effective Service Teams.

- Planning – I work with leadership teams to develop practical, executable and measurable plans that target specific ways to deliver the service strategy
- Execution – Engaging leadership team and service teams to ensure that the planned program is executed in such a way that it delivers long term and ultimately permanent results.
